I started a regular yoga practice, as recovery to a body out of balance after finding that I had Coeliac Disease in 2000. It was exciting to find that as I practiced more regularly, within me was this fantastic ability to change and create change.
My family are changing with me! With the encouragement from my husband Russell – I decided to attend teacher training at the Byron Yoga Centre in Byron Bay Australia in 2012 … now I am an experience Registered Yoga Teacher (eRYT500) with Yoga Alliance and am registered to offer continuing education to teachers of teachers (RYCEP).

I began my life-long studying of yoga 6 years ago and have been a student at Yogaforme for the last four years.
My yoga journey has helped better connect my busy mind and body; has helped me with recovery from surgery; and last year provided me with strength, motivation and support during breast cancer treatments. I want to share my love of yoga with others and has completed a Level 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through a Contemporary Yoga Teacher Training School in Auckland.
