All yoga forme teachers are all certified to teach yoga and hold a qualification that is recognised by Yoga Alliance and/or Yoga Australia. They are educated in a variety of mindful and sustainable asana (movement), pranayama (breath) and meditation (mindfulness) practices.  

  • If you have an understanding of yoga postures and ready to attend class you may attend all classes on our schedule. 
  • If you are a beginner or are unsure of how to modify your poses to make your practice safe and sustainable for your unique body then please come to the Beginners Yoga class.

Class size is confined to a maximum of 20 students.
