Rosemary is a certified Level 200 teacher and takes Monday Beginners Yoga class at 5:45pm on Monday evenings. Rosemary began her life-long studying of yoga 6 years ato and has been a student at Yoga Forme for the last four years. Her yoga journey has helped better connect her busy mind and body; helped her with recovery from surgery; and last year provided her with strength, motivation and support during breast cancer treatments.
Rosemary is keen to share her love of yoga with others. Her teacher training in Contemporary Yoga in Auckland. Come along to one of her classes and be prepared to breathe, move mindfully, explore body and mind connections, play and relax!

Melissa (eRYT500/YACEP) sharing a Sunday morning retreat. Yin yoga allows us to work the deeper “yin”tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and even our bones. Yang is bright, vibrant and strong also using the breath to support and flow through a vinyasa style practice which finds the ease in the effort and variables of yin and yang and how they change as the body mind unfolds. A challenging practice that looks at finding ease in the effort After you have experienced yoga you will find that we do not use the body to get into a pose, we use the pose to get into the body.
